Love is the Answer Song…
-
Emotional Safety=Creating a Climate and Culture where being accepted and embraced for who you truly are and what you feel and need.
-
Psychological safety is a share belief held by members of a family, group, or team that it’s OK to take risks, to express their ideas and concerns, to speak up with questions, and to admit mistakes – all without fear of negative consequences.
-
Emotional Distress is felt acutely and/or chronically emotionally, because an unsafe climate and culture cultivates intense psychological distress and often leads to a greater need for isolation; thus, more difficulty in reaching out.
